Megan Fox is welcoming a new addition to her family. On Monday, Nov. 11, the Transformers alum broke the news that she’s expecting her first baby with Machine Gun Kelly – and she announced her pregnancy with a provocative post. Fox posed completely nude and covered in black paint while cradling her baby bump.

The Jennifer’s Body star knelt on the ground in a sea of black paint in the naked photo on Instagram, which showed her putting her hands over her chest and on her growing stomach. Fox, who wore her dark hair in a middle-parted style, kept with the moody colorscape by covering her body in shiny black paint. In a second photo, a black-and-white shot captured the moment she took a pregnancy test and realized she was expecting a baby.

Fox, who tagged Machine Gun Kelly in the post, appeared to reference her and the musician’s apparent miscarriage with the caption. “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” she wrote alongside the emotional carousel, adding an angel baby emoji. She also added MGK’s song “Last November,” which is believed to be about the couple losing a baby, to the post. While neither Fox nor MGK have publicly spoken about losing a child, the rapper previously fueled speculation when he dedicated the heartbreaking track to his “unborn child” during a performance at the 2022 Billboard Awards.

Meanwhile, Fox seemingly addressed her pregnancy loss in her poetry book Pretty Boys are Poisonouswriting, “There is an ultrasound by your side of the bed, 10 weeks and 1 day … do you think that if she could have, she would have left a suicide note?” in one poem.

The “Home” singer has yet to address the pregnancy news, but Fox appeared to be ready for a fresh start as she deleted every post on her Instagram other than the announcement. Kelly has 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship, while Fox shares Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
