Regrets for the Greens
There is a taste of unfinished business. In the first half, it was difficult for us, but we managed to contain Lyon. On the second, we were organized and disciplined. We had the chances, but we lacked finishing. He missed that little extra. I am proud of the players who did honor to this jersey, but there is a lot of disappointment and regret. I don't think the step was too high. That's why there are regrets. We felt towards the end that it was more disordered, there was fatigue. We responded, but this goal is missing. On set pieces, we should have caused them more problems.
Looking ahead
It's a frustrating match, disappointing at the moment, even if there are things to learn for the future. Some players have progressed, some are discovering another level and it's interesting. We are more solid at the back, there is more fluidity in the middle. We will have to take points against less posh teams, with less individuality. But I have boys with a very good state of mind and the desire to move forward. This gives interesting perspectives.
