The winter transfer window in Football is January 1st… for the players. But not for leaders. At AJA, currently 9th in Ligue 1, a change in the organization chart has just taken place: the director of operations and legal affairs, Pierre Rigoutat, has just left his position, according to information from France Bleu Auxerre.
Originally from Yonne, he arrived at the Icaunais club in August 2022 after more than seven years in the Professional Football League as a lawyer, his training profession. In Auxerre, Pierre Rigoutat was also the “Mr. Security” on AJA match days, liaising with supporters, law enforcement and private security companies.
FFF, UEFA, Fifa: an experienced profile for Heurley
Pierre Rigoutat's successor is already known. And he has a nice CV. An AJA fan, Ludovic Heurley worked for 15 years at the French Football Federation, notably in the coordination and organization of the French team's matches for the Espoirs and women's teams.
Also having worked for UEFA and FIFA, he was most recently a football and blind football manager at the organizing committee for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, in charge of welcoming delegations and organizing matches in the seven selected stadiums and the Eiffel Tower stadium for blind football.
