Four days before the France-Israel match at the Stade de France, tension is rising after the anti-Semitic attacks in Amsterdam. To guarantee security, around 4,000 police officers and gendarmes will be mobilized. A unique device for this meeting which the Head of State Emmanuel Macron will attend.
This is an unprecedented device to guarantee the security of the France-Israel meeting next Thursday. Nearly 4,000 police officers and gendarmes will be mobilized. Inside the Stade de France, outside and even on public transport, the 26 units of CRS and mobile gendarmes will be everywhere during the match between France and Israel. Objective: provide maximum security by controlling spectators, for whom an identity document will be required to enter the stadium. To avoid any incidents, Palestinian flags will be banned and nearby businesses will have to close from 3:30 p.m. Unprecedented security which will be closely scrutinized by Bruno Retailleau, who could travel to the Stade de France control post to monitor the situation in real time. Emmanuel Macron will also attend this new system.
20,000 tickets sold out of 80,000
This Monday, the Minister of the Interior must receive the final details of the system, almost at the same time as the players of the Israel team will arrive in France. Protected by RAID, Israeli players will remain in Val-d'Oise throughout their stay.
