Over the past two months, Flavie Flament has changed her life. His arrival at the head of Telematinalongside Julien Arnaud, has redefined his daily life, and in particular his sleep routine. Invited in C The weeklythis Saturday, November 9, she explained her new reality to Aurélie Casse. She says she gets up all week at 3:30 a.m., to be ready to go on air at 6:30 a.m. on France 2. “It actually seemed really difficult to me at first, but in reality, it’s going quite well”assures the presenter. On her Instagram account, she shared a screenshot a few weeks ago of her waking up. A photo that Aurélie Casse did not fail to show to viewers. “There are six alarm clocks but I think that's the lot of everyone who gets up super early in the morninga ri Flavie Flament. And what's more, we shouldn't miss a live show because it's still a super important event. It sometimes prevents me from sleeping in the evening, at 8 p.m. I go to bed and I say to myself: 'Tomorrow, I absolutely have to be able to wake up on time.'”
For Flavie Flament, no miracle recipe for being early in the morning
Unlike the character played by Jennifer Aniston in the series The Morning ShowFlavie Flament does, to wake up without incident, “nor face gym because it's not [son] thing, nor Red Bull in the morning because that would be a bit complicated.” “It's like everyone's mornings, except it's earlier. I've shifted my days, it's a different rhythm, quite simply”, she summarizes. However, it’s impossible to deny that it’s life-changing to go to bed at 8 p.m. every weeknight. “It’s something that those around you don’t necessarily understand, in fact, it’s stress. Going to bed becomes stressful because we’re afraid. We know that the minutes of sleep count…”
Flavie Flament concentrates her pleasures on the weekend
“We have little social life but it’s a choice”assumes the fifty-year-old. “But that doesn’t stop me from living on the weekend, eating, drinking, making love. I do everything on the weekend that I don’t do during the week!” To fall asleep when the rest of France sits down to eat, Flavie Flament explains taking “a little melatonin”a molecule that helps you fall asleep. And it obviously works quite well. “For about two months, I have been on the same first episode of a series because I fall asleep every day after 10 minutes”laughs the one who would still like one day to see the entirety of The Diplomatsur Netflix.
