Week 9 Monday Night Football: Who’s on Monday Night Football tonight?

If we have to pick one week that was full of entertainment till now in the 2024 regular season, it has to be Week 9. Be it the firing of Saints HC Dennis Allen or the Jets breaking their 5-game losing streak, this week has been absolute cinema.

Week 9 of the 2024 NFL season will conclude with another AFC vs. NFC classic. Monday Night November 4 game will feature the only undefeated team this season going against a side that the legendary Tom Brady used to play for. So, who is playing Monday Night Football tonight in Week 9? Let’s find out.

Who is playing Monday Night Football tonight?

Week 9 Monday Night Football game tonight will be played between the two-time defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs (7-0) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-4). Despite the ongoing Patrick Mahomes interception saga, the KC Chiefs have managed to win all 7 games they have played this season.

Baker Mayfield and Buccaneers on the other hand, have lost their last two games to the Ravens and their NFC South rivals, the Atlanta Falcons. Taking on the mighty Chiefs is going to be a tough ask for Baker Mayfield and his side.

The Bucs have struggled to maintain consistency this season but they are not a side to be underestimated. In the 4 wins they have registered this season, Tampa Bay have given the Detroit Lions (7-1) their only loss till now, and have wins over the Washington Commanders (7-2) and the Philadelphia Eagles (6-2).

Andy Reid’s boys won’t be an easy target by any means but a never-say-die attitude might see Tampa Bay pull another upset over another big team.
