France 4 shakes up its program schedule and pays tribute to Quincy Jones during a special evening
To salute the legendary career of Quincy Jones, France 4 has chosen to modify its program schedule. This Monday, November 4 at 9 p.m., the channel will broadcast instead of the Franglish concert, the show Quincy Jones – A Musical Celebration in Parisa tribute to the music giant. This concert, recorded during his visit to the AccorHotels Arena in Paris, celebrates Jones' 70-year career and his special relationship with Francewhich he considered his “second homeland“. The evening brings together nearly 100 musicians, with the participation of a symphony orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley and renowned artists such as Selah Sue, Véronique Sanson, Ibrahim Maalouf, Marcus Miller and Richard Bona. Spectators will be able to relive some of the Quincy Jones' greatest standards, including Soul Bossa Nova or even Billie Jean.
