The former mayor of Poissy clearly showed his wish during his speech at the microphone of Radio J. The latter wishes to send soldiers into certain neighborhoods plagued by drug trafficking to provoke “a real electric shock in this country”. “I think we should also test the mix between the national police, the municipal police and the military, to send a real shock to this country when there are such tragedies”he declared.
Furthermore, he added: “We could very well test this measurement in political districts of the city, for example in Marseille but why not here in Poitiers”. “There would be a real message sent. Zero tolerance”
Karl Olive insisted on the subject by explaining that: “The soldiers are not there to make up the numbers”. “The latter must be able to flush out weapons stashes” For example. “Why wouldn't we try? At some point, these people (the traffickers, editor's note) don't respect us. They ruin the lives of the vast majority of French people who simply want to live well together. We don't have no gifts to give to these people”he insisted. “There would be a real message sent. Zero tolerance” he insists.
Statements which come following Bruno Retailleau's trip to Rennes this Friday, November 1, as part of the fight against drug trafficking which is plaguing several districts of the Breton capital, the tenant of Place Beauvau had called for a “general mobilization” with the aim of avoiding the “mexicanization of the country”.
