Charles Leclerc’s girlfriend, Alexandra Saint-Mleux, recently posted an adorable picture of the Ferrari driver on her Instagram account to wish him a happy birthday. The Monegasque recently turns 27 today, on October 16, 2024.
On her official Instagram account, she posted a story of Leclerc’s black and white picture where he was holding a guitar. The caption of the photograph said “Birthday boy”.
The Monegasque driver has been in F1 ever since he was 21 years old. Initially, he raced for the Alfa Romeo team (currently Kick Sauber). Then he found himself a spot at Ferrari in 2019, and since then has been driving for the Italian giants.
Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint-Mleux were first spotted together in March of 2023. Later that year, Mleux started attending various Grand Prix as a Ferrari guest. The couple is frequently seen in paddocks along with their pet dog, Leo.
When it comes to racing, Charles Leclerc currently sits in third place in the 2024 F1 drivers’ championship table with 245 points. He is chasing McLaren’s Lando Norris (279 points), and Max Verstappen (331 points).
He managed to win two races this year, one at his home in Monaco, and the other in Ferrari’s soil in Monza.
Charles Leclerc on Lewis Hamilton becoming his teammate in 2025
Charles Leclerc recently talked about working with Lewis Hamilton as his teammate in 2025.
Before the 2024 F1 season, Ferrari announced that they had hired Hamilton as their permanent driver for 2025 and beyond. They decided to bid adieu to Carlos Sainz.
In a recent interview at the Festival dello Sport in Italy, Leclerc was humorously asked whether he was jealous since Ferrari team boss, Frederic Vasseur, had a much older relationship with Hamilton.
To this, the Monegasque joked that Vasseur was not his girlfriend and that he would be jealous. He then clarified that he was happy with the seven-time world champion coming to the Italian team.
“But Fred is not my girlfriend! But I knew about the negotiations with Lewis and for me having him will be a further challenge with everything he has won. I am very happy that Hamilton is coming and I can’t wait because you can learn from every teammate. For me it will also be a great opportunity to show what I can do in the car,” Leclerc said.
“But I have also always had an excellent relationship with Carlos. With Lewis I will certainly clear up some doubts about certain things. He can do my look, he will continue with his interesting styles,” he added.
The 2025 F1 season will see an explosive lineup of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton racing alongside each other for Ferrari.
