“We will talk very soon”

Goldberg could make his return to the WWE ring.

WWE

We obviously haven’t seen Goldberg’s last match in WWE yet, if Triple H is to be believed.

Goldberg was present in the front row during WWE Bad Blood 2024 at Statefarm Arena in Atlanta. So when world heavyweight champion Gunther had the chance – when Paul “Triple H” Levesque was presenting the Crown Jewel championship, he came out to mock the 57-year-old wrestler. A confrontation almost took place, but security kept Gunther and Goldberg separate.

During the press conference after WWE Bad Blood, when asked about a possible return of Goldberg, Levesque responded “Never say never”. And obviously, this return is already on track.

During WWE Raw this Monday, Triple H posted a video of himself chatting with Goldberg backstage at Saturday’s pay-per-view. If we don’t hear what is being said, in his post on X, Triple H thanks the former Universal champion for coming to Bad Blood, and suggests that an arrangement is possible. “We will discuss it very soon. » he said.

Goldberg’s last match dates back to 2022, a Universal Championship match against Roman Reigns at WWE Elimination Chamber 2022. A Goldberg who, by the way, until a few months ago was not very complimentary towards Triple H and the WWE, complaining about having seen his streak of invincibility surpassed by Asuka.
