After the retirement of Novak Djokovic against Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals of the Australian Open, Andy Murray made some confidences reported by Yahoo Sports on this start of collaboration with his former rival.

“I felt a little embarrassed, because of my relationship with Novak, when he performed well and people said it was because I helped him. I am fully aware that the team behind him has done an incredible job over many, many years to enable him to still be competitive at this level, at the age he is. They have all been very helpful and supportive. They all helped me a lot. They really welcomed me into the team. It was great to be part of the team. I had the opportunity to attend some extraordinary matches, including one of the most beautiful matches I saw live against Alcaraz. »
