This morning Iga formalized her separation from her coach Tomasz Wiktorowsk with whom she won 4 grand slam tournaments. It’s a small revolution for the Polish player.
In the message posted on her Instagram account, she explains that she wants to start on new bases and in particular with a coach who will not be Polish. Obviously, she has more than one lead, we inevitably think of the Belgian coach Wim Fisette recently thanked by Noami Osaka.
« Due to this significant change in my team, I am giving myself a few weeks to begin cooperation with a new coach. I am talking with foreign (non-Polish) coaches, because I am ready to take the next step in my career. I’ll let you know when I’ve made a decision.,” said Iga Swiatek
