What is the best advice anyone has given you? My parents really encouraged me to trust my instincts. When you are a strategist or in business, you want to rely on facts and research. But it is often instinct that pushes us towards daring.
What inspires you? People. My friends, my teams. The encounters I meet while traveling. Above all, I like to see and understand the world through others. This is why the artistic field nourishes me deeply: exhibitions, literature, cinema, music. I need my weekly dose of culture.
Frequently used expression: What do you think?
Your favorite place to visit: Traveling with my three children nourishes me and pushes me to surpass myself. The five of us traveled from Argentina to Tierra del Fuego last year. Experiencing this with them amplifies the present moment and makes me believe that anything is possible.

I have always been between two worlds: creativity and business. After a bachelor’s degree in cinema, I later did a full-time MBA. If I first felt the most business artists, I then felt the most creative in the MBA! One thing led to another, I understood what guided me and strategy turned out to be my real playground. The perfect balance between my strengths and my interests.
I first started on the client side at Spectra, then I moved to Sid Lee and Cossette. Seven years ago, LG2 came knocking on my door. I was then on maternity leave and I left for Japan for several weeks. I needed time. At the end of our trip, we spent a few days on a very small island. There were very few tourists. When we arrived at our minshuku, we were told that the other residents were also from Quebec. They were people from LG2! What were the chances? I bombarded them with questions and it became obvious: I had to make the jump. Since then, it has been a constant professional, but above all human, favorite.
With my degree in cinema, I have always worked with brands like characters: I give them a voice, a trajectory, a personality, which are embodied in the narrative world, but also in the physical world. At LG2we have all the expertise to bring them to life. It stimulates me.
I come from a family of entrepreneurs and I always told myself that I would like to become one myself. Today, that’s what I do at LG2. I am proud to have structured transversal expertise essential to all our projects. We have a vision focused on collective intelligence and the breaking down of silos. I strive to coach a team without rigid hierarchy, in a culture where creativity and responsibility coexist. Every day, I am inspired by what we build together and by our shared belief in supporting companies to be responsible and progressive corporate citizens, to think as a team about how we push the limits of our offer.
My background has given me a clear vision of the workings of the industry and an obsession: finding creative solutions to business challenges. Today, I have the privilege of doing this for our clients and for our organization.
