Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the maintenance and engineering manager is responsible for supervising the installations of the Blainville manufacturing plant and the technical staff in order to achieve the objectives of daily production. The maintenance manager and engineering ensures the full compliance of health and safety standards, security Food, administrative policies, preventive, corrective and predictive follow -ups of equipment, budgets in his department, team performance, process improvement, and factory yields.
•*Main responsibilities **:
– Supervise the maintenance team which supports the factory on a 24/7 schedule;
– Supervise a factory engineer in various improvement projects;
– The chef will have to interact with several other departments: brewing, production, quality, planning, expedition, marketing and sales;
– Evaluate and ensure the training of employees under their responsibility, maintenance of skills, performance and quality of work, absenteeism;
– Ensure control by the team of the inventory of spare parts: inventory entries and exits, consumption report of monthly parts, validation of differences with finances, training of electromecanicians on movements, management in the CMAO ( Intensral) and parts database, physical identification and store locations;
– Ensure good management by the team orders team: Research of key suppliers, supplier partnership, purchase requests and order orders in the ERP SAP system, Supplier follow -up, reception of goods and inventory;
– ensure good management by the planning team of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of equipment, buildings and utilities;
– Ensure compliance with the maintenance and engineering budget and assigned CAPEX projects;
– Ensure good management by the team of technical documents and procedures to maintain knowledge of the technical team;
– Identify opportunities for improving the overall yield rate (TRG) and engaging their team in the realization of continuous improvement projects;
– member of the SST Committee and actively participate in the maintenance of the HACCP plan, compliance with good industrial practices and environmental standards;

– Diploma in university studies in engineering including mechanical, electric, automation or equivalent;
– Instrumentation and control specialist (metrology, PLC, VM, network, P & ID, PID, Pump, Valve (Atout);
– Diagnostic specialist and problem solving (asset);
– Strong experience in maintenance management with Intereral GMAO (Atout)

– Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
