With its 65G4, LG improves its Oled G3 television, which was already a benchmark. The formula is not fundamentally different, but we find all the qualities of the G range with a careful design, excellent image quality in SDR and HDR (with a light peak which goes even higher than last year) and everything that gamers need to play in good conditions. As a bonus, the G4 consumes little and the webOS interface is now updated for five years. The only regret is that the manufacturer could have provided a base for more versatility, but LG has once again created a high-end Oled TV.

With its OLED909, Philips presents, as every year, an ultra-complete high-end television, which not only offers one of the best OLED panels on the market, but also an integrated sound system worthy of the name and a special atmosphere with Ambilight technology. That said, everything is not perfect with a Filmmaker mode restricted in HDR and a panel that seems to have difficulty managing brightness in certain cases (slightly imprecise EOTF and gamma curve).
