The SoundLink Flex is an accomplished portable speaker that perfectly meets its commitments in terms of ease of use and robustness. Its sound performance is not impeccable, especially when pushed at high volume, but the performance provided remains solid nonetheless. This model will satisfy music lovers looking for a simple, effective and solid listening companion, in short.
NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude the prices of stores whose the VAT policy is not clear (so-called “gray” stores, typically in the case of imports from China).
An alternative
No upheaval for this second version of Marshall’s Emberton. If the manufacturer’s adventurous portable speaker inherits a few improvements which slightly enrich the user experience, it is still far from truly surpassing its predecessor… and rising to the podium of the very best portable speakers. To do this, it would have been necessary to refine its sound rendering by making it softer, more natural and more precise.
