On February 12, Larousse is launching a new collection of large notebooks for nursery schools. On the program: Games, stickers and extracurricular activities. With three new Books dedicated to 3, 4 and 5 year olds, this collection expands an already existing collection dedicated in particular to the Montessori educational method.
These new activity books include logic, reading and observation exercises. The idea is to favor fun content that is more accessible than traditional school programs, but also to open up to broader questions about food, animals, etc.
Learn while having fun
Pour Carine Giraceditorial director of the French language at Larousse joined by Weekly Books« these large notebooks certainly respect the basic academic skills, but the idea is above all not to set the child up for failure, to help him grow while sharing moments with him. »
For this, Larousse called on different authors, including a certain number of teachers like Delphine Urvoy already involved in several projects led by the publisher. If a notebook dedicated to 2-year-old children is planned, there is no question of it yet for the next generation.
The three works will be published on February 12 and will be available at traditional points of sale.
