A unique bar concept in Eure-et-Loir will open its doors in February in

At the age of 22, Renan Loiseau established himself in the economic landscape. He is the owner of the events agency Amuse ta Boîte, based in Chartres. Through which he developed the Chic’Team brand, which abounds in hosts and hostesses at the Colisée, the Iliade and even the Chartres theater. A very young brand, created less than six months ago, but which already has more than 300 contracts. In addition to his various professional activities, Renan Loiseau is also involved in associations.

Locally, he chairs the supporters association of the C’Chartres Métropole Handball team, Les Éclaireurs. Otherwise, he is vice-president of the Team Event Solidarité structure, which finances projects in favor of disadvantaged young people in and around the world.

“I think I like people”

The common point of these hats which accumulate on the head of the entrepreneur is the human. This is one of the reasons which pushed him to leave his great Parisian business school, popular with those who wish to embark on the adventure of being their own boss.

“The important thing for me is not to talk to someone about a product for two hours,” describes the young man. His method “is to talk to them about themselves”, to interest the interlocutor by first talking about him, “to create a link”. “I think I like people,” he adds.

For Renan Loiseau, it is in this proximity that the essence of commerce lies. With customers, but also in life. Also, what helped him get started, “there is obviously an investment, I started alone, but you need to be well surrounded”.

Fear as a driving force

“Obviously having two companies at 22 is scary, but it’s also what drives the entrepreneur.” For Renan Loiseau, “an entrepreneur who is not afraid is a little crazy”. And despite all the strings already to his bow, he takes the time to tackle a new project. In the heart of downtown Chartres, create a festive bar. A first in Eure-et-Loir.

Renan Loiseau

For Renan Loiseau, a question arose several times, for example after matches at the Coliseum: “Where to go now?” The city of Chartres has no shortage of establishments that close up shop at two in the morning. Renan Loiseau’s project intends to stand out through the essence of the place. The concept of “party bar”.

Concretely, a festive baralthough the name suggests a pleonasm, has a very clear definition for Renan Loiseau. It will be a “classic bar” until 10 p.m. Before transforming, later in the night, into a more party-oriented bar, where you can dance. The music will be a little louder, “but people will hear themselves talking,” he says. Just to keep the focus on sharing the present moment with your friends.

A new breath of fresh air in Chartres nightlife

The idea of the future owner of Amuse tes amis, whose location remains secret for the moment, is very precise. Install a jukebox, organize theme evenings, invite DJs… With the aim of satisfying all generations: “My objective would be that families can come, and that everyone has fun”. The concept would also allow customers to select their style of music, so that there is something for everyone.

Renan Loiseau insists, the soul of this future establishment will mainly revolve around friendship and sharing, for all. “My goal is not to become a multimillionaire, but to continue,” he explains. The average ticket for two people, with two glasses of wine and a board, should be around 20 euros per person. The opening is scheduled for February 2025.
