The 3^e carnival edition from The Hague (Channel), named “Carnavaaal!” To taaaaable!!! » on the theme of meals and food, is getting ready.

A project Who mobilizes residents and associations of the territory and artists of the Company of Top and Bottom.

Among them, Chloé Giraud (actress, director, artistic director) who invites the population.

Depending on your desires, your availability and your skills, it is possible to participate in this collective adventure. All you have to do is open the door of Maison Delarue, when the large gate (facing the butcher’s shop) is open.

THE Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December 2024 she was on the Christmas marketwith Antoine Bernollin, basket maker, and two volunteers for a participatory basketry workshop. “We made a giant earthworm for carnival! “

Other workshops are already planned and open to all (others will complete):

• from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday January 8 in the Doville community room (mask and costume workshop),
• Saturday January 11 in Périers (accessory construction workshop at Outil en main),
• Saturday January 18 at the Saint-Jores village hall to create a giant basketry creature with the artist Antoine Bernollin,
• Wednesday January 22 at the media library in The Hague, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: window and window decoration workshop, with the artist Lison de Ridder, using multi-colored filters cut and assembled,
• Wednesday January 29 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Périers Maison Tollemer Foyer du 3^e age to create a giant creature in basketwork with the artist Antoine Bernollin.

Other workshops and meetings are scheduled for February 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23 and every Sunday afternoon from February 2 to March 2. We will come back to this later, in detail.
