The Swiss company Bazzile was present at the RENT trade fair in Paris to present its research application boosted with artificial intelligence. Anthony Arnold, director of development at Bazzile, answered questions from Journal de l’Agence.
Bazzile is a real estate search app launched in 2022 in Geneva, Switzerland, which brings togetherListings of properties for rental and purchaseonly from the portfolio of real estate professionals. Its particularity is that it is enriched with artificial intelligence. This positioning allows it to have a relatively detailed knowledge of project leaders, in particular their needs and their behavior as users. The mobile application, which presents itself as “the Real Estate Tinder », promises real estate professionals to generate leads more efficiently.
In France, where it has been present since 2023, Bazzile was downloaded 70,000 times between September 2023 and September 2024. Nearly 15,000 users rely on this application, interfaced with the majority of CRMs on the market, to search for goods. A promising start, which allows the young company, present at the RENT show, to consider numerous projects.
