Cobra revolutionizes adjustments with the DS-ADAPT range

The new DS-ADAPT range from Cobra offers a revolutionary new hosel with 33 combinations. It will be available in stores from January 10 but it is already possible to try it on in fitting and pre-order it.

With its new range DS-ADAPT, Cobra will take tuning to a new dimension. In fact, all woods (drivers, fairway woods and hybrids) in this new family will be equipped with the new technology. FutureFit33 hosel.

This system offers 33 unique loft and lie settings, independently adjustable, opening up new adjustment possibilities. Thus, the loft and lie can be modified to + or – 2° to refine the trajectories as much as possible.

The drivers

In addition to the FutureFit33 hoselthe drivers in the range incorporate several technologies from Cobra: the H.O.T. Face technology and an advanced version of adjustable weight PWR-BRIDGE. Technology SMARTPADwith an innovative sole design, ensures that the club face remains perfectly square at address, regardless of loft or lie setting.

Four models will be offered for sale. THE DS-ADAPT LS is designed for fast swings requiring a reduced spin rate with its compact profile. The model DS-ADAPT X is suitable for a wide range of disabilities and levels, it offers a traditional profile (460cc) and front/rear balance to combine speed and forgiveness.

The DS-ADAPT MAX-K pushes the tolerance to the maximum with an MOI of 10,000. DS-ADAPT MAX-D is ideal for players looking to correct a pronounced slice while maintaining speed.

More broadly, the four new drivers DS-ADAPT feature a multi-material construction with a lightweight carbon crown and sole, as well as a lightweight titanium frame for optimized weight distribution and increased stability. They will be offered to 629 €.

Fairway woods and hybrids

These different technologies are also available on fairway and hybrid woods. The new fairway woods DS-ADAPT are available in three models to meet the needs of all types of golfers.

The woods DS-ADAPT LS Titanium (14.5°, 16° and 17.5° in stiff u save weight.

THE DS-ADAPT X (15.0°, 16.5°, 18.0° and 21.0° in regular and stiff) offer the best balance between speed and forgiveness with a slightly shallower shape than the LS. The version Max (15.5°, 18.5°, 21.5° and 24.5° in senior, regular, stiff and Ladies) is the most tolerant and favors draw.

Hybrids DS-ADAPT (17° to 31°) feature Adaptive Weighting technology for a low, forward center of gravity, HOT FACE technology for increased speed and launch, and a slightly wider profile than the previous generation DARKSPEED for better tolerance and consistency.

The irons

The irons DS-ADAPT et DS-ADAPT MAX are developed with innovative technologies and structures to improve the performance of golfers with medium to high handicaps. Both models feature tailored shapes and loft configurations, offering a wide range of adjustment options and greater trajectory control. They incorporate key technologies including hollow construction that increases launch speed and angle through increased body and face flexibility. The hollow cavity is filled with lightweight, soft foam microspheres, providing a great sound and feel, even on off-center hits. Additionally, the weight savings achieved through this hollow construction are redistributed throughout the weight system PWR-BRIDGElowering the center of gravity (CG) for a perfect balance between distance and takeoff angle.

The hollow design of the irons DS-ADAPT is associated with a new 360 face SPEEDSHELL. The expanded insert now extends across the entire heel and sole area of ​​the club and incorporates an extended internal Speed ​​Channel to improve face flexibility. Each iron in the series DS-ADAPT is designed with unique structures and technologies, tailored to specific gaming needs. The irons DS-ADAPT MAX enrich the range of “improvement” irons COBRA by offering a more forgiving option, specially designed for players with a high handicap.
