Firstly, we learn that Take Two Interactive, the parent company and owner of Rockstar Games, would have asked the writers of the game to write wiser lines of dialogue with fewer crude jokesparticularly on transgender people and minorities who have often been victims of the insulting gags of the GTA license with previous games.
Secondly, we learn that the development of the game would be late. Indeed, the Rockstar teams would not have respected several development planning deadlines over the last few years. The game would therefore be late. Yet Bloomberg Claims Rockstar and Take Two Remain optimistic and confident for a release in fall 2025. The American media specifies that the development of GTA 6 began about ten years agofrom 2014 in its pre-production phase, before officially entering active development after the release of Red Dead Redemption II in 2018.
Finally, the Bloomberg report confirms that GTA Online will be back with GTA 6 and that the objective is always to offer extensive online support able to last for many years with updates and in-game purchaseable content.

Bloomberg ends his report by mentioning the video game industry with many players who closely monitor the evolution of development and Rockstar's communication. Without naming them, Bloomberg claims that some publishers are willing to wait until the last moment to communicate and reveal the release date of their next games. Other publishers are ready to postpone their date and postpone their game and GTA 6 arrives in fall 2025. Or, on the contrary, move forward and maintain the release date at the end of 2025 if Rockstar's game is postponed to 2026.
