FALSE: This video does not show a woman who gave birth to more than ten children | by PesaCheck | Dec, 2024

The video was generated by artificial intelligence.

This Threads post with a video claiming to show a woman having given birth to more than ten children is FALSE.

The publication of November 3, 2024 carries this text: “Congratulations to his God who is so merciful”. This text is supported by a video showing three men and a woman clapping around a bed on which several babies are lying, as well as an adult.

A voiceover states: “Oh Lord Almighty you are so good, you are so merciful, what can surpass you. It is only one person who was able to give birth to as many children as we see. O Almighty God, you are so good.”

The claim was also shared here and here.

PesaCheck verified the post and found it to be false.

A reverse image search with Google from a screenshot of the video yielded no credible information to determine the origin and authenticity of the footage.

PesaCheck used the AI Image Detector tool which is an artificial image detector and got the result below:

The results show that there is a 73.64% chance that it was generated using artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, by also analyzing this image, we find certain anomalies. Some babies have a non-human shape and the hands of those who applaud seem to have been glued to the rest of the body. See screenshot below:

A Google search for the keywords “woman having given birth to more than ten children” yielded no results that matched the illustration analyzed by PesaCheck.

PesaCheck verified a Threads post claiming, through an image, to show a woman who gave birth to more than a dozen children and found it to be FALSE.
