More and more content generated by artificial intelligence is appearing on OnlyFans. watson met a creator who has amassed a pretty penny thanks to AI. Step by step explanations.

Questions about artificial intelligence (AI) are now affecting adult entertainment. The rise of tech-generated models is only just beginning, so when we heard about creating AI models to generate money on OnlyFans, the first thought was to try the experiment and create an avatar.
We spoke to James*, who immersed himself in the subject as he explained it to us in a few words: “The project started from a crazy idea of two guys who liked to model characters from video games”.
Switzerland and its complex laws
Once the discussion begins, he describes the creative process and the paths to get there. Because there is a significant obstacle to creating so-called explicit content in Switzerland. The operation is not simple; it is not easy to sell the charms of an AI model for its creator and pocket big money. In addition to an ethical dilemma, there are the different digital laws.
Because there is one fundamental thing to know:
“Your AI is always inspired by someone, it is never a virgin”
James
This is where the problem lies.
A quick phone call to the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Transparency confirms this: “The data protection rights of data subjects arise primarily from Art. 28a CC. Criminal charges are also possible.”
James confirms to us that Switzerland is very particular about the distribution of content; the laws are strict on the protection of privacy, image rights and the fight against cybercrime.
To put it simply, everyone has a right to their own image. As soon as a person depicted is recognizable in a photo, it is considered personal data.
Of the «feet pics» as a parade
To carry out the project successfully, the two acolytes decided to get rid of all hassle, by focusing on “feet peaks”photos of feet, in French in the text. There was therefore never a face and no body part is presented to future subscribers.
To do this, our interlocutor explains the basics to us: he bought a prosthetic foot (on a Chinese site) and then photographed it from different angles, before modeling the photos with artificial intelligence.
While the laws are already complex enough to carry out the business, creating the avatar also requires a lot of resources and knowledge.
“You need a war PC to create your model”
James
“Blender software is recommended for shaping your 3D model, while adding the Metahuman graphics engine from Unreal Engine to finalize the creation of realistic avatars or (corporeal) limbs,” adds James.
Once the model is defined, it is possible to duplicate the example and generate it infinitely using “prompts”. A what? A prompt is a series of data provided to an AI system, which uses that information to generate responses or creations in text, image, or other form of media.
To take the next step and create an avatar with a face, “we need to consider neural networks for image synthesis. It’s called a StyleGan,” says James.
But what does a StyleGan mean? It is a system that depends on Nvidia’s CUDA software. Basically, we are talking about an artificial neural system capable of processing numerous photographs to analyze them and produce a photo of a person – and the possibility of producing an unlimited number of portraits.
To really go all the way, with work on different faces, the use of graphics engines such as Unity can generate facial expressions, features, and decorations.
And then, chatbots
All assembled and packaged, it was still necessary to use a conversational chatbot, in the same vein as ChatGPT.
Here too, organization requires reflection. “At the beginning, we answered questions and requests. We then set up a chatbot for two months,” estimates James.
He turned to an e-commerce site and carried out real market research by mapping out his strategy using a world map. To put it simply, James targeted the regions and countries where his photos were most popular. “The results gave Asian countries (ed: Japan in particular) or even countries such as Argentina.
A nice sum collected in 6 months and strange requests
A work of goldsmith which allowed him to accumulate 5000 francs in 6 months.
After convincing his fans to take out a subscription, James had to respond to different requests, sometimes very strange.
“People have asked us for feet with genitals, sprinkled with urine or with excrement”
James
James assures us that he stuck to the basics: “Most often, it was a manicure with defined colors or hands caressing the feet, or a foot with stockings, sometimes a little torn.”
Perceived OnlyFans creators like pioneers
This content shaped by AI is not new on this type of platform. Forbes devoted an article to its OnlyFans creators, who appear “as unexpected pioneers in the integration of AI within the creator economy”. Their innovative approaches to leveraging AI for personalized engagement, content optimization and audience growth set new standards for what is possible in the digital content space, summarized the American magazine.
A new trend that OnlyFans is monitoring. When contacted, the company replied that it remained attentive to the use of AI.
“Our terms prohibit AI-generated content that does not feature the verified creator, is not clearly identified as AI, or violates our acceptable use policy.”
OnlyFans
The spokesperson refers us to the site’s charter, which also prohibits the use of chatbots to converse with fans. No AI on the now famous social network, only authentic.
