With its elegant and simple design, the Mi Smart Scale 2 connected scale clearly looks great in an interior, with its transparent white tempered glass under which nestles a discreet LED screen. The latter is activated when a person climbs on the device and simply displays their weight. Moreover, Xiaomi has bet everything on a sensor that it describes as “high precision”, which would be capable of detecting subtle changes up to 50 g. The brand even promises that the scale can detect that you have drunk a glass of water. This may be a bit presumptuous, but precision should be the key here.

To monitor variations in your body mass, you will need to go to the Mi Fit application, where you can closely monitor your progress as well as find all the data retrieved by the scale at any time. Moreover, this data can be transmitted very quickly thanks to Bluetooth 5.0. And if necessary, the scale can even give you a body balance aptitude test, which the app will then help you decipher.

Weigh people, but not only

In total, the Mi Smart Scale 2 can support up to 16 people, who are automatically identified by the scale as soon as they step on it. A guest mode is also available if you want to allow other people to weigh themselves: in this case, their data will not be recorded.

Finally, the Mi Smart Scale 2 does not just weigh humans, since it can also determine the weight of a package or small objects up to 100 g. Rather practical on a daily basis.
