Founded in Mons in 2018, ABC Muco develops actions, shows, exhibitions and other activities to support patients and families affected by cystic fibrosis. This association will tomorrow orchestrate the 2nd edition, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., of its remote conference dedicated to research into the disease. “The 1st edition dates back to December 2021. The objectives of the conference have not changed. It is about creating links between different, but very complementary, teams, with people linked to academic research, teachers or clinicians In fact, this corresponds to the scientific aspect of ABC Muco’s activities”, underlines president Rachel Madec. There will be eleven practitioners, professors and researchers speaking during the half-day.
For whom?
The conference is aimed at anyone, scientist or not, directly or indirectly interested in research on cystic fibrosis: scientists, clinicians, caregivers, students, associations… “ABC Muco represents patients, since it sits on the committee of piloting”, adds Rachel Madec.
Second edition of the ABC Muco conference, Friday November 22 remotely from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Possibility of following the speakers of your choice. Detailed program and free registration: www.abcmuco.com
