The Music City Hall returns this weekend to Brussels City Hall with 26 free concerts. The seventh edition of the Music City Hall is being held this weekend at Brussels City Hall. The event takes place for the first time over two days, offering 26 free concerts in one weekend.
This eclectic festival, accessible by reservation, begins Saturday evening with six concerts scheduled in the rooms of the Town Hall, as is tradition. For the occasion, these performances will each last 50 minutes in the Wedding Room, the Gothic Room or the Militia Room. The group Avalanche Kaito, the rapper Miss Angel and the Brussels DJ La Dame will be on the program for this evening.
The Sunday formula, however, remains unchanged with twenty concerts planned. Each artist will play three sets of 20 minutes, always in the rooms of the Town Hall as well as the mayor’s office. Music lovers will be able to discover a varied bill with neo-soul, pop punk, rock, groove, thanks to Dorothy Gale, Fred Baker, Lux Montes and many others.
“It will be 48 hours to discover unique artists, share timeless moments and showcase our musical scene in the prestigious setting of the City Hall rooms”rejoices Brussels alderwoman for Culture and Major Events Delphine Houba.
