More Gameplay for Militsioner, A Surreal Immersive Sim

A few days ago we saw the developers of Militsioner offer several gameplay videos of their new demo. As with the one last February, this one is reserved for members of their Patreon who pay at least $10 per month. A questionable process to which we do not subscribe, but which has the merit of engaging the community – as long as the project is of a certain quality. As it happens, Militsioner looks particularly interesting, since it offers the player to try to escape from a city guarded by a giant policeman, by any means. While initially, we imagined more of a sort of walking sim, it turns out that it will be more of an immersive sim. The videos show that it will be possible to play with the feelings of the guardian to coax him and achieve his objective, and that the city will sometimes be flooded, which will allow the gameplay to vary a little.

At the editorial office, we have always been intrigued by the title, and this immersive sim orientation really does not displease us. On the other hand, it’s a little difficult to see what could be offered in the full game, compared to what we can see in the demo. In any case, it seems that the project is now progressing more quickly, and it would not be surprising to see it completed within a few months.

In the meantime, if like us, Militsioner interests you, you can add it to your wishlist from its Steam page.
