With 31 gods currently present, Smite 2 is progressing quietly towards the symbolic bar of 50 playable characters. Hi-Rez will gradually increase this quantity until the February launch with several waves of additions in the alpha phase. Nemesis, Khepri and Izanami arrive tomorrow, Tuesday November 12. Then will come Thor, Poseidon and Cupid on November 26, then Aphrodite, Pele and Medusa on December 10 to close the year.

It is in January that things become more interesting, because the first wave of champions will include Ullr, Agni, Mulan and Geb, but above all a new deity that Hi-Rez still refuses to reveal. These five deities are guaranteed to be available in January. As for the second wave in January, which should bring the total of playable characters to 50, Hi-Rez warns that there may be a slight delay which will push these gods back to early February. We can count on Rama, Hun Batz, Achilles, Cabrakan and Vulcan.
