If you are a user of a Samsung Galaxy smartphone and keen on One UI, you are probably looking forward to discovering the new version 7 of the Android overlay. We perhaps finally know when this will be deployed.
Initially expected from July, One UI 7 beta based on Android 15 is slow to show up. But according to the leaker’s information Ice Universewhich are generally quite reliable, the wait is soon coming to an end.
In a message published on According to him, South Korea and the United States will be the first countries to have access to this beta version, which follows the usual pattern of rolling out software updates at Samsung.
One UI 7 will arrive in just a week
Of course, this will not yet be the final stable version of One UI 7. Samsung has in fact already indicated that the final version will not arrive until 2025, alongside the Galaxy S25 range. This first beta will therefore only be a preliminary step, intended to test the new features before their large-scale deployment.
Another unknown remains the availability of this beta. It is in fact possible that it will initially be reserved for developers, without leading to a public beta version this year. Samsung should, however, quickly open it to a wider audienceespecially on its latest flagship smartphones like the Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6.
According to rumors, One UI 7 is expected to bring its share of user interface changes. After a series of leaks revealing some of its features, Samsung has reportedly revised several elements to refine its experience.
Hopefully, all these adjustments will allow One UI 7 to deliver on its promises and significantly reduce the gap between the beta version and the release of the stable update. Galaxy smartphone owners have already had to wait far too long!
