Hisense has launched the Starlight S1 Pro Laser TV in China in China. The product was teased in a Weibo post earlier this month and was revealed at the 2024 Hisense TV New Product Launch Conference event on June 12.

The Starlight S1 Pro is a 4K laser TV available in four sizes: 75-inch, 80-inch, 88-inch and 100-inch. Each model uses the Hisense LPU digital laser engine, delivering a peak brightness of 400-450 nit. Thanks to RBG lasers, the devices cover 151% of the DCI-P3 color gamut with 10-bit color depth, support for IMAX Enhanced and a filmmaker mode. The image is intelligently perfected with autofocus and screen alignment tools using dual AI cameras. The Android 11 gadget offers a range of ports such as two HDMI, one with eARC, RJ45 and USB, and since it is a laser TV, the projector comes with the ultra-thin 2.0 foldable display.

In addition, the laser TV is equipped with built-in Harman Kardon speakers, 2.1 channels for the 75-inch model and 2.1.2 for larger models, supporting Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
