Called OnePlus Watch 2R, this model offers better value for money than its predecessor, while incorporating several good points from its technical sheet. This connected watch, rather elegant and good for sports monitoring, may be very recent, but it is already offered with more than 80 euros reduction during the offers in advance of Black Friday.

An elegant and practical watch to wear
The OnePlus Watch 2R is a more accessible version than its predecessor; the brand therefore had to make some concessions to maintain a lower price, particularly in terms of design. Thus, if the OnePlus Watch 2 adopts a stainless steel chassis, the Watch 2R sports an aluminum chassis. A material that is certainly less resistant to scratches than steel, but it still has the advantage of being lighter. This watch therefore promises to be rather comfortable on the wrist. Overall, the OnePlus Watch 2R displays elegant lines and beautiful finesse. Special mention for its two-tone bezel which recalls watchmaking chronographs.
Another strong point of its design: its 5 ATM and IP68 certifications, which allow it to accompany you on all your sporting adventures. But, be careful, although it is compatible with swimming sessions at shallow depths, it was not designed for diving. Concerning its screen, we are treated here to a 1.43-inch Amoled touch panel, similar to that of the OnePlus Watch 2, and which also offers a maximum brightness of 1000 cd/m². This is very practical for easily reading the information on your watch even in direct sunlight.
A model for athletes
The Watch 2R also includes the Wear OS system, thus offering seamless integration with the Google ecosystem. The watch also comes with an application, OHealth, which provides detailed health monitoring. For this, the affordable OnePlus watch has a variety of sensors and can notably analyze the quality of your sleep, your breathing rate, your stress level via heart rate variability (HRV) and offer heart rate monitoring and SpO2.
On the sports side, more than 100 modes are supported by the watch, which thus proves to be very versatile. For running enthusiasts, note that the Watch 2R theoretically allows you to track precise parameters such as ground contact time, GCT balance and VO2 max. Add to this the presence of a dual frequency GPS.
Finally, let’s move on to one of the big assets of this tocante: its autonomy. The brand guarantees that thanks to its 500 mAh battery, the watch can work for 100 hours in smart mode and up to 48 hours in intensive use. And, thanks to 75W VOOC fast charging technology, a full charge takes just 60 minutes, a rare feature in the world of smartwatches.
