FA lecturer in knowledge of wild edible and medicinal plants, Muriel Lallée regularly runs workshops for trainees or the general public: “In the four seasons, along the paths, edges and undergrowth, we set out to meet the wild plants that surround us and open our eyes to learn how to recognize them with all our senses and distinguish them from toxic plants. Then we safely discover the diversity of their flavors, and their incredible nutritional and medicinal virtues”.
On the afternoon program
From 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.: an outing to recognize and pick wild autumn fruits, “Basket in hand, we will take participants to the wild hedges, to encounter the autumn berries and fruits offered by Mother Nature. During our harvest, we will see how to collect while respecting the resource”.
A workshop to learn how to prepare these wild treasures and enjoy them: “ Back in the room, it’s time for the cooking workshop, participants will learn how to cook these harvests. The delights concocted at the workshop will be enjoyed together, or taken away ».
