Apple will not unveil new hardware at WWDC next week, says Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The journalist with often excellent sources affirms that nothing is ready to be marketed: we can never completely exclude the presentation of a new product which would be launched later, but it is a priori unlikely. On the other hand, we should learn the international launch date of the Apple Vision Pro headset, with rumors pointing to the end of June for marketing in France. The inaugural WWDC conference will be held on Monday, June 10 at 7 p.m.

The WWDC, for Worldwide Developer Conference, is traditionally devoted to software announcements. This year, we will unsurprisingly discover the new features of iOS and iPadOS 18, macOS 15, watchOS 11, tvOS 18 and visionOS 2, with many features having the particularity of using artificial intelligence. There are many rumors: the main ones concern the redesign of Siri, the magic eraser of Photos, the summary functionality of Safari and Messages or even text transcription for the Dictaphone. Not everything would be ready in time for the launch of the new systems in September: certain features would be launched in beta and others would not arrive before 2025, including certain developments of Siri. Note that most of these developments should be reserved for very recent devices.
