Famous leaker Midori (みどり) is non-stop these days, leaking details about unannounced game projects from numerous publishers, including Nintendo.

However, rather than making direct hints at upcoming announcements, Midori focuses more on the project codenames. So while we have a glimpse of potential games in development at Nintendo, we (and Midori, it seems) are currently unable to definitively confirm what they relate to. Take the latest codenames for example: Midori reveals that Nintendo is working on projects with the codenames “Edward” and “Anna.”

In the first case it would be a new title in the Zelda franchise, while in the second it could be a sequel to Nintendo Switch Sports. They specify that Nintendo Switch Sports was developed under the code name “Elsa”, and for those who don’t know, Anna and Elsa are the sisters from the Disney animated film Frozen.

A project codenamed “SPRed” is also in development at Nintendo, with Midori confirming that “Red” is the general codename for Mario, while Super Mario Odyssey was developed under the code name “RedStar”. Of course, no one would be surprised to learn that Nintendo is working on a new Mario game, but nonetheless, we take any potential evidence with enthusiasm. They also reveal another Nintendo project codenamed “Banquet”, specifying that this could be in development by subsidiary NDCube, known for its work on the Mario Party franchise, in collaboration with a developer called SmileBoom.

Moving away from the code names, we know that new information on the HD-2D remake of Dragon Quest III is likely imminent from Square Enix following a recent announcement, but Midori specifically claims that it will be shown off at the June’s upcoming Nintendo Direct (which, at the time of writing, still doesn’t have a confirmed date).

Finally, after revealing an internal logo for Atlus’ unannounced Persona 6, Midori confirms in a response that Persona 3 Reload, Persona 6and the upcoming unannounced Persona remakes will all come to Nintendo’s next console, currently called “Switch 2.”

Midori suggests that Nintendo is currently preparing a remaster of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD on Nintendo Switch. It all started when he said that Nintendo had a project codenamed Edward in the works (see above), which is related to Zelda. She then clarified that Richard was the code name for the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening on Nintendo Switch. Another user added “ The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Remastered“, to which she replied, “I don’t know why Nintendo isn’t releasing it yet. »
