Intel’s Arrow Lake-H lineup will include a total of 5 CPU models with one Core Ultra 9, two Core Ultra 7, and two Core Ultra 5. Each SKU is made up of a mix of Lion Cove, Skymont, and Crestmont.
Intel’s entire Arrow Lake Hup lineup has been leaked online. It comes from Jaykihn, who is also the person who leaked the Arrow Lake Hup Arrow Lake-HX and Lunar Lake range earlier this year. There are a total of five SKUs with what appears to be a Core Ultra 9 model at the top. We get a partial, but important, look at its CPU and iGPU.
Number of cores | Core P (base/boost) | Core E (base/boost) | TDP | L3 cache | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Core Ultra 9 285H | 6P 8E 2 LPE | 2.9/5.4 GHz | 2.7/4.5 GHz | 45 W | 24 MB |
Core Ultra 7 265H | 6P 8E 2 LPE | 2,2/5,3 GHz | 1,7/4,5 GHz | 28 W | 24 MB |
Core Ultra 7 255H | 6P 8E 2 LPE | 2.0/5.1 GHz | 1.5/4.4 GHz | 28 W | 24 MB |
Core Ultra 5 235H | 4P 8E 2 LPE | 2.4/5.0 GHz | 1.8/4.4 GHz | 28 W | 18 MB |
Core Ultra 5 225H | 4P 8E 2 LPE | 1,6/5,0 GHz | 1,3/4,3 GHz | 28 W | 18 MB |
There have been rumors that Arrow Lake-H will feature three different types of CPU cores. P cores will be Lion Cove, E cores Skymont, and LP-E cores Crestmont (from Meteor Lake). Exactly why Intel decided to bring back LP-E cores remains unknown, especially after their lackluster results.
Only the high-end Core Ultra 9 285H benefits from a TDP of 45 watts. The others have to make do with 28 watts, which is roughly the level of previous H SKUs. The entire range can go up to 65 watts (PL2), or so it seems.
Additionally, the Core Ultra 7 265H, Core Ultra 7 255H and Core Ultra 9 285H have an iGPU with 8 Xe cores, while the Core Ultra 5 235H and Core Ultra 5 225H have 7 Xe cores.
