TourMaG.com – You also emphasize the RSE .

Laurent Gabard: Today on the marketplace, an employee has a certain number of CSR awareness tools at their disposal.

We support our clients in finding a location by displaying its CSR approach, its CSR commitment, and possibly its CSR label. Among our partners, we include ESATs, companies in the adapted sector, companies in the solidarity sector, etc.

Ensuite, our commercial proposal comparator includes a CSR measure. Concretely, you receive three commercial proposals from three partners, three hotels for example, and the CSR approaches of the three partners will be displayed.

The third element of the CSR feature suite is calculating the carbon footprint of my event. Many companies today measure carbon at a high level without necessarily sharing it with employees. From now on, we systematically send, with the invoice, the carbon footprint in terms of energy, transport, waste, etc. This contributes to awareness-raising work.

We also offer online CSR reporting, meaning that at any time in real time, a manager of the company’s CSR project can press a button and see the exact carbon footprint. It’s interesting, because it’s part of the obligations of large companies to declare the carbon footprint of our types of activities.

The latest is the carbon scoring of meal trays.

TourMaG.com – Concretely, what do you offer?

Laurent Gabard: Today, more than 25 million meal trays are delivered to businesses per year in , which now generate nearly 5,000 tonnes of waste. It’s huge. And obviously the impact of a meal tray beyond what we have inside the tray, what we will taste, also includes the packaging, the delivery, the type of delivery…

For 18 months, we have been working in co-construction on the carbon scoring of meal trays, relying on the ADEME benchmark and AI.

Based on the eco-score model, a grade ranging from A to E is now displayed on each meal tray offered on the platform. This classification is established from 11 criteria (packaging, menu composition, etc.) and will allow employees to choose their meals with full knowledge of the facts. Carbon A scoring is excellent, less than 300 grams of carbon consumed. Conversely, the E grade is not good for the planet.

The idea is not to ban, but to raise awareness. A meal tray with meat is 14 times a vegetarian meal tray. This is not necessarily known to everyone.
