Marcel strengthens its artistic direction with the appointment of Alice Labau and Julien Schmitt. Both will have the mission of “continue to raise the overall level of artistic direction of the agency, to train, nourish and animate the community formed by the agency’s forty artistic directors“, specifies a press release. This appointment is part of the desire of Gaëtan du Peloux and Youri Guerassimov, creative directors and co-presidents, to strengthen each area of ​​expertise of the creative division. Alice Labau and Julien Schmitt will work in close collaboration with Stephane Audouin, head of design, as well as with the agency’s creative directors, under the supervision of Gaëtan du Peloux and Youri Guerassimov.

Biographies ofAlice Labau And Julien Schmitt

Alice Labau began her career in 2012 at the DDB Paris agency. Under the creative direction of Alexandre Hervé then Alexander Kalchev, she cut her teeth with the brands Volkswagen, L’team, Mc Donald’s and Jaeger Lecoultre. She joined Marcel’s teams in 2018, with Remi Dias Das Almas. For his part, Julien Schmitt began his career in 2008 within the BETC Paris agency as AD assistant. He contributes in particular to Canal+ films Closet And The bear. He works on Peugeot, Citroën, Disney, Danone, Sixt and Canal+. In 2022, he joined the Marcel agency and worked in particular on DS Automobiles, Kiehl’s and Coach.
