Arbraska and TreeTop Trekking strengthen their image with a new site signed QuatreCentQuatre

When outdoor adventure enthusiasts join forces with web professionals, it results in a rewarding collaboration between FourHundredFour et The Trekking Group for the redesign of the Arbraska websites in Quebec and Treetop Trekking in Ontario. These parks, North American leaders in aerial adventures, now offer a range of activities highlighted through renewed and optimized content.

This redesign was an opportunity to recalibrate the brand Arbraska & Treetop Trekking. While preserving the fundamental elements of their identity, the perception has been broadened to better reflect the diversity and richness of outdoor experiences. This collaborative work has brought new depth to the brand, positioning it to boldly envision the future of forest experiences.

To optimize the user experience and resolve issues such as complex navigation and an unintuitive purchasing process, QuatreCentQuatre has established itself as the ideal partner to revitalize the Arbraska site. The agency also took on a major challenge: combining two provincial sites into a coherent and efficient ecosystem.

“We have created a digital ecosystem that captures Arbraska’s commitment to outdoor adventure while making navigation more fluid, responsive, and user interaction more friendly. This transformation facilitates direct access to activities and offers a more mature design, in tune with the nature and authenticity of the parks,” explains Josianne Chapdelaineproject manager at QuatreCentQuatre.

The redesigned user experience is already paying off. Visitors can now easily explore the facilities and activities offered by each park, which has significantly improved engagement (+9.34%) and average time spent on site (+45.11%). Whether for a parent looking for a family outing near Montreal or a manager planning team building activities, the site effectively guides each user towards suitable choices.

The design and content encourage discovery of the parks, awakening the desire to explore, reconnect with nature and experience unforgettable memories.

« Collaborate with QuatreCentQuatre emerged naturally. Their ability to listen, their adaptability and their understanding of our needs were decisive. I chose QuatreCentQuatre for their humanity, their experience and their dedication to making our project a success. Like Arbraska, they highlight authenticity, respect and humanity,” says Jean-François Couture.
