John Valovic-Galtier sentenced to two years in prison, Damien Comolli sanctioned

After the accusations of organized gang fraud, forgery and use of forgery, illegal exercise of the activity of sports agent or complicity as well as money laundering for two of them, the eight defendants of what we now calls the case commissions are fixed.

In a judgment rendered this Monday morning, the criminal court pronounced the sentences. The intermediary John Valovic-Galtier was notably sentenced to two years in prison, while the president of Damien Comolli was fined 30,000 euros.

Details of the sentences handed down

  • two years suspended prison sentence, a 300,000 euro fine and a five-year ineligibility for John Valovic-Galtier.

  • a one-year suspended prison sentence, a 200,000 euro fine and a five-year ineligibility for David Venditelli.

  • one year in prison, a fine of 100,000 euros and a five-year ineligibility for Jérémie Sutter.

  • a one-year suspended prison sentence, a fine of 50,000 euros, a ban on working as an agent for five years and a five-year ineligibility for Alexandre Bonnefond.

  • six months suspended prison sentence, 5,000 euros fine, a ban on working as an agent for one year and a three-year ineligibility for Tristan Sauzon.

  • three months suspended prison sentence, 5,000 euros fine and three years' ineligibility for David Wantier.

  • 30,000 euros fine and one-year ineligibility for Damien Comolli.

  • 10,000 euros fine and one-year ineligibility against Emmanuel Desplats.
