Morhad Amdouni accused of violence and rape by his wife

According to the daily website, Amdouni, 36, was arrested at his home in Serris (Seine-et-Marne) on September 18. His partner had called the police for alleged violence, following an argument which took place, according to her statements, in front of their son. The complainant allegedly learned of her husband's infidelity and he tried to strangle her. Charges that he allegedly contested while in police custody. The hearing will be held on February 24, 2025.
