A furious fight that leaves marks on Luke Tuch

If Logan Mailloux livened up the opening game of the Rocket with four points, Luke Tuch ensured the spectacle by throwing down the gloves against the robust Jeffrey Viel, which was a questionable decision in hindsight.

After the game, a 5-2 victory for the Rocket over the Providence Bruins, Tuch bore the marks of his fight. With two cotton balls to stop the bleeding in a nose that has already seen better days, he looked like the perfect agitator.

Tuch, who was a second-round pick by CH in the 2020 draft, is beginning his first full season with the Rocket. At the end of last year’s campaign, he played two games in Laval after finishing his NCAA career at Boston University.
