After having stumbled with a 76 (+6) to pass the cut in one stroke while he was in the lead at the end of the first round, the Filipino Danthai Boonma bounced back by setting a new world record Manila Southwoods G & CC – 62 (-8). He is in third place, notably in the company of Julien Sale who continued his rise in the rankings neither seen nor known.
-A serious option for the International Series India
The Reunionese returned his best card of the week, a 67 (-3) which comes after an opening score of 69 and a 68 in the second round. Julien Sale recorded no less than seven birdies (but also two bogeys and a double). A final card of 66 would certainly allow him to secure the top 5 which he knows he needs to be able to participate in theInternational Series India which will be played next week.
