Lidl recruits in Yvelines to run its largest logistics platform in Europe

On January 24, 2022, the Pharaonic site From the largest logistics platform in Europe in the LIDL group began in the Ablis Nord 2 activity area, in the south of Yvelines. It has been operational since November 2024. At the time of the work, 300 positions were to be filled.

“In one year, we have formed our Lidl team,” said Laëtitia de Montgolfier, the executive director of human resources, whose company benefited from the aid received by the partners such as France Work or the local missions. The town halls of Rambouillet and Ablis also worked by relaying job offers. The workforce is now almost complete.

Logistics operators sought

For the platform D'Ablis, Lidl is still looking between 20 and 30 logistics operators. These will be in charge of preparing orders. A position of Technical Safety Maintenance Agent and another as a real estate development is also open.

The infrastructure is located on long de la N10 and close to the A11. The recruitment basin spreads from Rambouillet to Chartres (Eure-et-Loir). To meet the needs, 6,000 CVs have been studied in recent months and 150 JOB Dating-type meetings have been organized.

The site delivers stores in fruits, vegetables and non -food products. “By the end of January 2025, we will supply 33 storesout of the 53 that we provide, on all products. By the end of February, early March 2025 it will be 100 %, ”notes Aurélien Lemoine, regional director of the Ablis platform.
