Ferrari: 1st laps in red for Lewis Hamilton – 01/23/2025 at 12:48

(CercleFinance.com) – Ferrari announces that its 2025 season began with the first laps of its new recruit, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, on the Fiorano track.

The British driver thus made his debut with Scuderia Ferrari, driving for the first time in an SF-23, under the watchful eye of F1 team director, Fred Vasseur.

Despite foggy weather, he completed 30 laps, or 89 km, testing various systems and greeting the fans present.

Charles Leclerc, back after the winter break, took over in the afternoon, completing 14 laps (42 km).

Testing will continue before the start of official testing in Bahrain.
