It is rare to see opposing fans welcomed with open arms by the opposing club’s security! It must be said that since its return to the Super League, Yverdon-Sport has done just fine in this regard. And Barbara Augsburger and Billy Warpelin are no strangers to these good relationships with the fans since they are the ones who take care of welcoming them for the matches at the Municipal Stadium!
If I don’t know Barbara well, I could tell you about my friend Billy’s hours! She was the first Vaudois to wear the jersey of the legendary Eric Pédat! While I was a right back at FC Panthalaz, Prince Igor central defender and Christophe Meylan left back (another Servetti fan!), my friend Billy played in front of the cage. Like a feline he would dive everywhere, never stopping. Like with the beer ???? after the matches ????.
