Stade Rennais – Brest: Gronbaek towards a departure, Jota uncertain, update on the group
At a press conference, Jorge Sampaoli took stock of his group for the Brest reception.
It is in a special context that Stade Rennes welcomes Brest to Roazhon Park tomorrow. After a shameful elimination in Troyes in the Coupe de France, the SRFC through the voice of its president Arnaud Pouille dismissed 4 players who will no longer be in the group for the moment: Albert Gronbaek, Glen Kamara, Baptiste Santamaria and Gauthier Gallon.
“It is a decision of the president, which concerns above all players who will surely leave the club soon”confides Sampaoli.
Concerning Gronbaek, Sampaoli reveals that this is a matter of “personal decision”the player having expressed his desire to leave, not feeling happy.
