Two days after the heavy defeat in the Spanish Super Cup final, tension is still high in Madrid.
Everything seemed to be going well in Madrid which had just had 5 consecutive successes, won the Intercontinental Cup and had managed to outstrip FC Barcelona by 5 points in La Liga. The Spanish Super Cup was in this sense a good test for Carlo Ancelotti’s men which turned out to be catastrophic. Once again, the Madrilenians sank against a top team and against the historic rival.
