An osteopath from England, who is said to have treated numerous celebrities on his therapeutic massage table, has reportedly pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism for filming female students undressing.

“He was outside the university residences, spying on the students, filming them and recording them,” prosecutor Varinder Hayre said during his arrest on December 21 near a university residence in Islington, according to the London Evening Standard” Thursday.

Despite his international reputation, respected osteopath of Danish origin Torben Hersborg, 63, reportedly pleaded guilty Thursday to three offenses of voyeurism occurring on December 10, 14 and 21, during which he allegedly filmed students undressing in their residence, according to the British media.

But this could only be the “tip of the iceberg”, according to the prosecutor, who asked the court that his sentence be postponed pending the end of the police investigation, while other charges could still be filed against the sixty-year-old.

Following a search of his home, investigators got their hands on around sixty videos of women undressing, filmed over a period of four years, according to the local newspaper.

“When Mr Hersborg was arrested by the police for these facts, they seized a number of recording devices. Most of these devices have not yet been examined by the police,” continued the prosecutor.

The accused, who collaborates in the police investigation, would be a childhood friend of the Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, known in particular for his role as Hannibal Lecter in the eponymous series, or in several major films such as “Casino Royale », “Doctor Strange” and “Rogue One”.
