The management of MC Oran postponed, yesterday Wednesday, its decision concerning the case of the first team coach, Eric Chelle.
In an official press release, the management of the Oran club clarified its position regarding the Malian coach recently hired by the Nigerian Football Federation to lead the national team.
In his press releasethe management of MC Oran said:
The management of MC Oran informs its supporters that after the meeting held today with the coach of the first team, Eric Chelleit was decided to postpone any decision regarding his retention or departure until after the match Republic Cup against Union de Sétif, in order to preserve the stability and concentration of the team before this important meeting.
We also confirm thatEric Chelle will normally lead the team in this Cup match. A final meeting will be organized after his return to Oran to make a definitive decision on this matter.

Yesterday morning, the 47-year-old coach supervised the team’s training session, awaiting the final decision, as announced in the press release, after the Cup match againstUnion of Setif.
Note, according to media reports, that if Eric Chelle decides to terminate its contract with the MC Oranhe will be required to pay the release clause stipulated in his contract.
